Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Edison, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop accurate, individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and patient education techniques to facilitate recovery.
• Treat an average of three adult patients per hour, primarily aged 40-65, employing rhythmic and effective treatment strategies tailored to their individual conditions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Medical Doctors (MDs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Chiropractors (DCs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adult patients, particularly between the ages of 40 and 65, who are often managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or dealing with injuries. You will have the opportunity to help this demographic regain function, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and clinical skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in varied therapeutic modalities will be considered favorably.
• Previous exposure to a team-based collaborative care model is beneficial, illustrating the ability to engage and communicate within a multi-discipline team.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including:
