The Physical Therapist will work primarily in our outpatient office setting in Edison, NJ. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, particularly children, to assess their needs and develop treatment plans tailored to their specific requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals, using appropriate interventions and techniques.
• Continuously assess clinical signs and symptoms to track treatment efficacy and adjust goals as necessary, ensuring optimal patient progression.
• Complete detailed documentation, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans, using our electronic health record system within designated time frames.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, challenges, and strategies to encourage their active participation in the rehabilitation journey.
• Meet established utilization goals and other performance targets, contributing to the overall business objectives of the organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different therapy disciplines, particularly when patients are receiving multiple services, to ensure a cohesive treatment experience.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits
