Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation goals.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, which are adaptable to the evolving needs of each patient.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and evidence-based modalities, including therapeutic exercises and advanced equipment, to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on the principles of physical therapy, including proper body mechanics, posture, and strategies for injury prevention.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet their rehabilitation goals effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, healthcare providers, and specialists, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation, detailing evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, all of which support clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
