Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies for a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their caregivers to educate and support them throughout their recovery process.
• Utilize hands-on therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient outcomes, ensuring that treatment aligns with established goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Meet minimum utilization goals while contributing to the enhancement of business objectives through exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with proficiency in computer applications relevant to patient care.
• A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with patients to effectively support their recovery journey.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized fields such as pediatrics, orthopedics, or sports rehabilitation will be viewed favorably. Prior experience in a multidisciplinary team setting will also be beneficial as it aligns with our collaborative approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
