Our team consists of highly trained professionals who are committed to patient-centric care, utilizing evidence-based best practices and personalized treatment approaches. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on quality rather than volume.

Work Environment

Our facility provides an onsite work environment where collaboration among team members is encouraged. You will be joining a close-knit team composed of two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The atmosphere is supportive and focused on continuous improvement, creating an ideal setting for both professional growth and quality patient care. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, presenting a work-life balance that is beneficial for both employees and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and determine functional objectives based on their specific health challenges and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a patient load effectively, optimizing appointment schedules to allow for one-on-one attention and thorough treatment.
• Utilize orthopedic assessment techniques to diagnose impairments and devise evidence-based care plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, employing a variety of modalities and manual therapy techniques tailored to patient requirements.
• Minimize reliance on pharmacological interventions by identifying appropriate alternative treatment strategies.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans to reflect the evolving treatment landscape.
• Document patient care meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT.
• Engage patients in their rehabilitation process, fostering motivation and accountability to enhance recovery.
• Promote health and wellness by designing specific fitness and activity programs focused on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with patients of all ages, tailoring your treatment approaches to accommodate their unique circumstances and challenges. Our commitment to a patient-focused approach ensures that each individual feels supported and understood throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Possess current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions against your license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy techniques and overall physical therapy skill set.
• Exhibit strong abilities in developing tailored exercise regimens based on patient evaluations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desired.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, averaging between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
