Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions, establishing individualized treatment plans based on physical evaluations and patient history.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to exercise programs, manual therapy, and patient education, to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress through documentation and revise treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, recovery processes, and the use of assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and communication across all phases of treatment.
• Stay current in the field of physical therapy, actively attending workshops and seminars to enhance clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will encompass a wide array of patients, ranging from children to seniors, who are recovering from various injuries and surgeries. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience working with patients across varied demographics and conditions, particularly those requiring rehabilitation post-injury or surgery.

Compensation and Benefits
