Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Diligently document treatments, patient responses, and progress to ensure transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Continuously assess and adjust therapeutic goals based on patient progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
• Assist patients in the selection and fitting of assistive devices to foster independence in self-care and mobility.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective treatment methods and the use of assistive devices in their everyday life.
• Engage in continuing education and training to remain informed about the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy.

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient base, offering care to individuals recovering from a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and rehabilitation from injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher qualification (DPT preferred).

Compensation and Benefits
