Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stryker Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed patient evaluations to determine individual treatment needs based on referred diagnoses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a variety of patient demographics, including individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, those recovering from pediatric injuries, and patients with neurologic conditions and in sports medicine. You will be responsible for applying therapeutic interventions that consider the specific limitations and recovery potential of each patient, ensuring that every individual receives personalized care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in New Jersey.
• Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to utilize word processing and computer systems effectively.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a licensed physical therapist is required, we would prefer candidates who have additional experience in specific areas such as:

Compensation and Benefits
