Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities—such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and assistive devices—to facilitate patients' recovery and improve their mobility.
• Track and document patients' treatments, progress, and responses meticulously, ensuring accurate records that inform ongoing care adjustments.
• Reassess patients periodically, revising treatment goals and strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with their evolving recovery journey.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers on effective therapeutic practices and the use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid and current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
