Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans aligned with physician directives.
• Implement and revise individual therapy programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of patients, emphasizing their engagement and goal achievement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and a variety of modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education, to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously using electronic health records (EHR) and communicate findings with physicians and the care team.
• Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic techniques and equipment, fostering independence in managing their health and wellness.
