Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services that include implementing treatment modalities, monitoring patient progress, and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide support and consultation to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for each patient, ensuring all parties remain aligned on treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress, adhering to all professional standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending staff meetings, in-service training, and pursuing further educational opportunities.
• Facilitate patient and family education on treatment protocols, providing resources to enhance their understanding and participation in the healing process.
• Supervise and mentor support staff while fostering their growth and skill development in clinical settings.

Qualifications
