Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with patients to thoroughly evaluate their physical conditions and understand their symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.
• Educating patients on effective therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their mobility and strength.
• Administering various treatments, including manual therapy techniques, massage, and neuromuscular re-education to facilitate healing.
• Assisting patients in the proper use of mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs and walkers, promoting independence and safety.
• Maintaining detailed patient records to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Providing families with guidance on in-home treatment options and exercises, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve treating a diverse patient population that includes children recovering from sports injuries, adults managing chronic pain, and seniors undergoing rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience
