SaniCare Rehab Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

This full-time position is located onsite at our outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Our work schedule spans Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent routine that allows for effective patient management and therapy scheduling. The facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for both staff and patients, facilitating optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practice and a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Employ effective manual therapy methods and provide guidance on exercise regimens tailored to patient capabilities.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload, ensuring sufficient time and attention is given to each patient for monitoring progress.
• Utilize EMR software, such as Web PT, for precise and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment efficacy.
• Promote non-surgical and cost-effective interventions that minimize reliance on pharmaceutical pain relief.
• Encourage patient engagement, motivating them to actively participate in their recovery process.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance the multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and progress.
• Maintain exemplary communication with patients regarding their treatment plans, progress, and any recommended lifestyle modifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, reflecting the skills and experience brought to our clinic.
