Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive equipment, to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to ensure therapeutic goals are met and adjusted as necessary.
• Fit patients for assistive devices that support their daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Train patients, their families, and caregivers on proper techniques and use of therapeutic equipment to promote independence and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring comprehensive care and coordination for each patient.
• Stay current with emerging trends and latest practices in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a varied patient population, including adults and children facing orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative recovery challenges. Your goal as a PT will be to facilitate the efficient and effective recovery process for every individual under your care, focusing on their unique needs and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
