Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and mobility limitations.
• Design and implement tailored treatment programs that address patients' unique needs and goals, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to maximize patient recovery and functional independence.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic care within the clinic and, when appropriate, at patients' homes to ensure consistent and effective treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, recovery processes, and prevention strategies.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and physician recommendations.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and actively contribute to the clinic's business objectives.

Qualifications
