Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including a detailed review of patient history and assessments to inform treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process for their recovery.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs while monitoring their progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals to address changes in patient conditions and to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Document patient interactions meticulously and in a timely manner, ensuring clarity in treatment plans and progress notes to maintain a record of the patient's care journey.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet productivity expectations while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and experience.
• Engage in departmental goal-setting, remaining compliant with regulations and standards set by governing bodies.
• Pursue continuous professional development through educational opportunities, and serve as a clinical instructor for students undertaking their internships.
• Actively support initiatives aimed at removing barriers to patient care and improving access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from various orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, as well as those seeking preventive care and rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist at Bountiful Life, you will focus on delivering individualized care designed to promote functional independence and enhance quality of life for all patients.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and employing varied therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
