Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Raintree Solution, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery using evidence-based practices in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans incorporating exercises, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and appropriate modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously to ensure high-quality care and facilitate effective communication with other health professionals.
• Reassess and refine treatment goals based on patient progress, adapting therapeutic strategies to meet their evolving needs.
• Provide guidance on assistive devices and educate patients, caregivers, and families on self-care practices and rehabilitation techniques.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, literature reviews, and networking opportunities within professional societies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:
