Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. The clinic is designed to foster a conducive atmosphere for both rehabilitation and recovery. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, encouraging a balanced work-life dynamic. You will be part of a team that values continuous learning, teamwork, and the application of evidence-based practices to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the objectives and requirements of each patient, developing individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Manage an efficient patient load, typically serving one patient per hour while ensuring high-quality, personalized care during each session.
• Implement effective treatment strategies and techniques, particularly in orthopedic settings, to enhance mobility and overall function.
• Provide progressive rehabilitation services, utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Regularly assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining clear communication regarding updates with patients and their families.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including evaluations, treatment notes, and billing information, in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

As a Physical Therapist at Transformative Rehab, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our clientele ranges from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults needing support in regaining mobility and independence. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is necessary, specifically in outpatient orthopedic environments.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions or board measures, is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.

Compensation and Benefits
