Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Fords, NJ, our outpatient clinic is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike. Here, you will work in a collaborative space alongside other healthcare professionals, including orthopedic specialists and rehabilitation therapists. Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a stable work-life balance for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care, recognizing each patient's distinct goals and treatment needs with compassion and expertise.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, allowing for thorough assessments and treatments tailored to each individual.
• Leverage your knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver effective treatment interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic techniques that enhance patients' motion and mobility while focusing on non-surgical options to minimize medication dependency.
• Craft comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of exercise modalities and rehabilitation strategies.
• Design fitness and wellness programs specifically tailored to the needs and objectives of each patient.
• Continuously motivate and inspire patients, fostering their engagement and commitment throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care, while providing consistent evaluations and updates on treatment progress.
• Document patient progress meticulously using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, to maintain comprehensive and accurate records of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At True Motion Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients, and individuals with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferable.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a clean record ensuring no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in a variety of manual therapy techniques and physical therapy methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate effective exercise programs tailored to each patient's condition.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Web PT, to enhance accuracy in patient documentation.
• Strong commitment to staying current with evidence-based physical therapy techniques and industry best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care settings is preferred, demonstrating a background in treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Familiarity with a range of rehabilitation technologies and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

True Motion Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
