Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by their physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic programs that align with each patient's unique recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques driven by current research to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, acting as an advocate for patients in their recovery journey.

• Provide education and training to patients and their families, empowering them to participate actively in their treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and make evidence-based adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele encompassing all ages, from pediatric to geriatric patients. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, specifically in outpatient therapy.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Competence in digital documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Aptitude for establishing rapport with patients and nurturing therapeutic relationships to help them achieve their goals.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as sports medicine, pediatrics, or geriatric care will be strongly considered. Compensation and Benefits

The physical therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to $120,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
