Realign Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Sayreville, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mobility and functional ability assessments, tailoring therapy programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Develop individualized therapy plans that incorporate various treatment modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention.
• Collaborate seamlessly with medical professionals, including chiropractors and physicians, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement and adherence to rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and lifestyle adaptations necessary for a successful recovery.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations, ensuring all patient records are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in New Jersey, or eligibility for licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
