Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center offers a comfortable and well-organized environment for both patients and staff. As a Physical Therapist here, you will work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to deliver high-quality care. Our clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to focus on patient care uninterrupted by weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of adult patients aged 40-65, typically averaging three patients per hour, enabling you to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical condition to understand their functional limitations and goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment programs utilizing evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational interventions to empower patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with your healthcare team in interdisciplinary meetings, sharing insights and updates to promote optimal patient care strategies.
• Utilize CureMD EMR for accurate documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with best practices and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, ensuring foundational knowledge and skills in the field.
• Current New Jersey PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure, as compliance with state regulations is mandatory for practice.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning abilities and outstanding communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy is required, prior outpatient clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value any diverse experiences that contribute to a well-rounded practice.
• Familiarity with the CureMD EMR system is a plus, enhancing the efficiency of patient care documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive annual salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
