Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels Center, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for new patients to assess their needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment strategies tailored to meet the unique rehabilitation goals of each client.
• Regularly evaluating patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting all clinical interactions in our electronic health record system.
• Providing education to patients and their families about treatment processes, recovery strategies, and any challenges that may arise during rehabilitation.
• Collaborating closely with other therapy disciplines within our center to deliver integrated care for clients receiving multiple therapies.
• Monitoring and meeting assigned productivity goals while proactively contributing to business objectives.
• Actively participating in team meetings and discussions aimed at improving organizational processes and patient outcomes.
• Serving as a representative of our core values, fostering a positive culture among staff and patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various diagnoses and their respective rehabilitation needs. A commitment to multicultural competence is essential, as you will engage with patients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Possess a current and unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, as needed.
• Demonstrate adaptability and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
• Have a genuine interest in working collaboratively with a diverse patient demographic.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
