Mobility Marvels Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This role is situated in our outpatient office, which offers a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on patient care. Your workday will primarily take place on-site, from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM. The setting fosters teamwork, allowing you to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals who are equally committed to delivering exemplary care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations to assess the needs of clients—primarily children—and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances, ensuring that treatment aligns with their goals and recovery trajectories.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress by monitoring clinical signs and symptoms and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Complete all documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, through our efficient electronic record system, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and timelines.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, providing essential information about potential challenges and progress milestones.
• Achieve established minimum utilization goals and meet other business objectives while maintaining a focus on patient care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration within the ensemble therapy team, coordinating care for clients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients consist of individuals from a variety of backgrounds and age groups, presenting a wide array of diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist, you will interact with clients who require assistance with mobility impairments, rehabilitation post-surgery, chronic pain management, and developmental conditions. Your adaptability to meet the diverse needs of this population will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to perform both in-person evaluations and treatments, along with telehealth consultations when clinically appropriate.
• A strong commitment to serving a diverse patient population, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches in treatment.
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt within a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
• Strong team-oriented mindset, demonstrating collaboration skills and a customer service orientation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a pediatric outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
