Competitive salary $70,000–$110,000 DOE Broad exposure across bid administration, estimating, and project turnover — ideal for career growth Clear path toward Senior Estimator / Chief Estimator roles Collaborative preconstruction team with direct access to Director of Preconstruction Standard benefits package (health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO) Job Details Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Prepare and distribute subcontractor bid packages; maintain bid schedules and estimating documentation Identify scope gaps, conflicts, and risks; develop RFIs and clarifications to support accurate pricing Perform bid-day analysis, subcontractor leveling, and scope comparison Identify value engineering opportunities that support project goals and client objectives Facilitate organized project turnover to Project Management and Operations teams Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners Stay current on market conditions, material pricing trends, and subcontractor availability Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
