Thank you for considering a career with us!Location: Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | HourlySchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pmWhat You'll Do:Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results.Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including assembly, quality, engineering, and more.What You Bring:At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.High school diploma or GED required.Welding certification and a strong mechanical background.Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.Authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorshipWhy Join Us?Starting pay range: $20 - 26/hour based on experience + bonus opportunity.Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, disability, and 401(k)Parental leave of up to 14 weeks offOpportunities for training, development, and career growthA collaborative and supportive work culture that values safety, quality, and continuous improvementPhysical & Safety Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workdayFrequently lift and move items over 50 lbsMust wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environmentAll applicants will be invited to complete a brief online assessment through Alva Labs as part of our application process.
