Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Comptroller who is looking to advance and has extensive knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping and budgeting. Also required are strong leadership qualities as well as software program proficiency in Yardi, Excel, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Career experience in accounting and financial reporting in the Real Estate sector a plus.
Responsibilities include: posting to general ledger; preparation of financial reports and cash flow reports; bank account reconciliations; procurement of insurance; review and approval of invoices; drafting of accounts receivable by way of ACH through the NACHA system.
