Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities include assisting Sales Executives in fostering successful relationships with existing and potential clients and business to business partners to generate new accounts while providing exceptional service to existing clients. Effective communication is fundamental when addressing inquiries about company products, services, and both online & manual account applications. You will also work closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to meet company objectives and sales goals. All employees of The Entrust Group will adhere to industry and company policies to ensure compliance standards are met. Note: This is a non-commissioned sales position. This position will report directly to the Sales Executive and work within the existing Sales organization to support all Sales Executives across each U.S. territory. Duties and Responsibilities Description: Develop thorough understanding of all company products and services Track and report on business partner referrals Lead distribution Contribute to the management of the organization`s systems to ensure things are completed and recorded accurately Respond to inquires made by clients in a timely and friendly manner via email, phone, Zoom Identify and communicate new business leads for the Sales organization Attend conferences in support of Sales Executive Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing Contribute to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization`s partners Work with the Marketing team to optimize Marketing and Sales’ joined efforts and processes Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Excel at building and maintaining rapport with clients Ambitious and demonstrates significant drive in everything you do Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, Outlook Ability to comfortably work on multiple projects at once, completing deadlines on schedule Comfortable working autonomously as well as partner closely with team members & other departments Stay up to date with new products & services Ability to learn and adapt quickly Willingness to travel - attend trade shows and conferences Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree Two years of financial experience preferred. Two years of Salesforce experience required. Three years of sales experience required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Able to stand and walk for a minimum of 3 hours in an eight-hour workday.
