Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

A rewarding opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists who are enthusiastic about supporting elementary-aged students in a collaborative educational setting. This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 16, 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting impact on a small caseload of 12 students in an ASD resource room.

Key Qualifications

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CCC or CFY required)
• Prior experience with elementary-age students preferred
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students within the ASD resource classroom
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student growth
• Support the development of social communication, language, and functional communication skills
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
