Roaming Apartment Maintenance Technician
Bluestone Real Estate is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the living experiences of our residents. As a Roaming Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working across various properties, delivering top-notch maintenance services and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role promises diversity, allowing you to demonstrate your expertise in different settings, making each day fulfilling and dynamic. This position requires travel throughout the Portland, Oregon metro area. Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential/property management maintenance.
- Proficiency in drywall repair/sheetrock, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs and replacement.
- Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized work environment.
- On-call duty required on a rotating basis.
