Mechanical Process EngineerLinde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.Indianapolis, IN, United StatesYour primary responsibility will be to analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Further, you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams to resolve daily production issues and implement robust corrective actions. You will have a blend of time spent in the office as well as on the production floor. Develop manufacturing routings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for new and existing products. Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics. Serve as the primary technical lead for the installation and startup of new equipment.
