Job Description Summary: Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of fiscal and administrative support functions such as records management, cost analysis, conducts physical inventory of college assets, and provides support to the Coordinator of Asset Management, and the Director of Accounting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conducts annual physical inventory of property. (55%)
• Primary contact for surplus of property. (30%)
• Maintain property control, inventory. (15)
• Functions as a liaison with other parties. (100% - concurrent)
• Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior (Performed by all incumbents) (100% - concurrent)
• Performs other duties as assigned in the fulfillment of the needs, philosophy, and purpose of Gwinnett Technical College. (3)

Minimum Qualifications (Job Code 31119): Associate's degree *and* Three (3) years of work-related experience. Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years of surplus work-related experience.
