Senior Property Accountant

Responsibilities Daily entry of rent receipts into the property management software Ensures delinquency reports are correct and contacts property management and Director of Accounting about serious delinquencies Managing accounts payable and processing bill payments on a weekly basis including entry of all payments into the property management software Ensuring sufficient cash flow to fund the operations of the property and meet all debt obligations in a timely manner/review funding requests with supervisor and if needed assist with funding requests to owners and/or lenders and/or capital calls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years of property accounting experience; Commercial Office preferred Strong understanding of prepaids, accruals, and financial statement preparation Excellent time management and ownership of responsibilities High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $96,000.00-$138,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
