Property Accountant

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Property Accountant for a hybrid role in the Atlanta area. You will lead financial operations, reporting, and GAAP compliance for commercial properties, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 4–6 years of real estate or public accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and preferably CPA-track.
