We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and enhance our customer experience. Job Title Customer Service Manager Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the waste services or related industry. Dialpad experience recommended Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner. Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
