How are we different? Consistent weekly hours without being cut when ratios change. Stable classrooms. We do NOT shuffle children or combine rooms to maximize ratios. Supporting teachers is Admin's #1 job. Assistant Teachers (little or no experience in licensed childcare) start at $18.00/hr. Teachers (6 months or more direct experience) earn $19.00/hr. Senior Teachers (2 years direct experience) earn $20.90/hr. Healthcare Diverse and inclusive team and families. The position is full-time and the schedule may be midshift (8:00 - 5:00), or closing (9:15-6:15). Job responsibilities include: Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 16 students. Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care Follow all State licensing guidelines Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needs Be able to lift and carry children Complete daily care sheets Assist with curriculum delivery Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members #J-18808-Ljbffr Natural Choice Academy
