As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an exceptional stay through outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine hospitality mindset.In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure by ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and welcoming.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcomeManage smooth check-in and check-out processesHandle room reservations, confirm guest information, assign rooms, and communicate special requests or accommodations to relevant departmentsProvide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and policiesDeliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requestsProcess payments and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and coordination with accountingServe as a central communication point between guests and hotel departmentsMaintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and transactionsQualifications:1 year in a similar roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skillAuberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
