National Development Lead Remote Fundraising

Reading Partners

Reading Partners is seeking a Managing Director of Development to lead the national development team and drive revenue growth across regions. This remote role reports to the VP of Development and oversees five fundraisers, including Regional Directors and an Institutional Giving Director.

The role demands 10+ years in fundraising with 3+ years in people management, plus expertise in institutional fundraising and Salesforce. Travel is required quarterly to regions and occasional HQ in Oakland.
