Remote Senior Director of Development - National Fundraising

Reading Partners

Reading Partners seeks a seasoned fundraising leader to serve as Managing Director of Development. You will align national and regional fundraising efforts, coach frontline fundraisers, and drive the institutional donor program to meet a $31.5M revenue goal.

This remote role supports a distributed team across regions while ensuring strong donor engagement and data-driven decision making. Reporting to the VP of Development, you will manage five fundraisers and collaborate with finance, marketing,
