Automotive Sales Executive
CAS Automotive Group is a global automotive organization comprised of three distinct companies: CAS Auto, an international vehicle export and fleet sales company serving businesses worldwide; CAS Miami, a South Florida-based automotive sales and operations company; and CarBrain, a leading online vehicle purchasing platform that makes selling a car fast and easy. What we are looking for:
- Someone who has strong sales and negotiation skills
- Relationship builders, not a traditional salesperson who simply closes the next deal
- Someone who can deliver an exceptional vehicle-buying experience, earn customers' trust, and develop long-term business partnerships that generate repeat business
- Someone who will provide excellent customer service, respond to customers quickly, and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluent in Spanish
- Possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm and problem-solver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

A competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions. The more you grow your business, the greater your earning potential. Vehicle title training will be provided upon hiring. Salvage vehicles training will be provided. Many benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision, life, 401K, and profit-sharing plan.
