Peak Water Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to support the successful design, planning, and execution of water and wastewater projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, service technicians, contractors, and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations. You’ll collaborate with coworkers who are the best and the brightest, challenge yourself on exciting work, and help build the best water and wastewater platform company in the U.S. Responsibilities Procurement and Cost Estimation: Oversee procurement processes, obtain equipment quotes, and assist in budget preparation and cost estimation for public and private projects. Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to define project requirements, scope, and goals. Act as a liaison between teams, owners, engineers, and municipalities to ensure efficient communication and execution. Project Management Support: Monitor project progress, address issues, and assist in removing roadblocks to maintain timelines and quality standards. Technical Writing and Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design reports, flowcharts, schedules, and action plans. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards. System Specifications: Assist in the development of system specifications and designs. Administrative Support: Track working hours, plans, and expenses, and assist in administrative tasks to support the project management team.
