Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReal Estate Sales Agent – Northern VirginiaConfidence Global Realty is expanding its Northern Virginia sales team and is seeking ambitious, coachable sales professionals who want to build a serious real estate business with leads, technology, training, coaching, and a production-focused platform behind them.Experienced real estate agents are welcome, but prior real estate experience is not required. High-potential sales professionals who are willing to obtain their Virginia real estate license are encouraged to apply. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license before conducting licensed real estate activities.Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but a second language is not required.CompensationEstimated annual earnings: $60,000–$200,000+This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed base salary.
