Qualifications: What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are serious about building a real estate business and are ready to take ownership of their growth.

• Licensed real estate agent — or actively working toward obtaining your license

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and committed to building a successful business

• Growth-minded, coachable, and willing to learn and implement proven models and systems

• Relationship-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable prospecting, building a database, and consistently creating new business opportunities

• Organized and able to manage priorities, follow-up, and client relationships effectively

• Comfortable leveraging technology, AI, and modern real estate tools

• Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience and helping people build wealth through real estate

• Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person

• Knowledge of the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia market is a plus
