Compensation:

$140,400 - $196,300 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Collaborate with the lead agent to schedule and conduct showings, maximizing exposure and client engagement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and providing insights to facilitate informed decisions.
• Maintain an organized schedule, ensuring timely and efficient property viewings for all clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term connections in the community.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Proven track record of managing schedules efficiently, ensuring timely and organized property viewings.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly and thoroughly.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with the lead agent.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client questions and concerns confidently.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to manage client interactions and property details.
