Customer Service Representative

SIMONSWERK North America, in Whitewater, WI, is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist. This is a full-time, entry level role ideal for a highly motivated person with a desire for career growth. As a Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing both sales and marketing support to our distributors, architects, specifiers, and interior designers as well as our sales management team. You also will be an integral part of managing daily office needs along with general administrative activities and collaboration across departments. The candidate should have availability between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work onsite. Provide exemplary support to the sales team, distributors, and end users both through phone and email communications Process customer orders including stock checks, lead time, and pricing Order invoicing Create quotes based off RFQs as well as quote tracking and reporting Manage return requests and process credit notes Review and processing of backorders General office responsibilities including filing, managing office supplies, preparing meeting spaces, etc. Provide support to other departments (marketing, shipping, accounting, HR) as needed Requirements Completed Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Experience with customer service or administrative tasks Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, detail oriented and analytical skills Preferred Requirements, but not required CRM Experience Compensation TBD Employee Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Life and Disability Insurance Dental and Vision Benefits SIMONSWERK North America provides premium hinge systems for sophisticated architectural applications across the United States and Canada.
