Construction Foreman (Background in carpentry/framing)
Required
- Valid Drivers license
- High School diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Must provide hand tools and a tool belt.
- 5-10 years experience in the field
- Reliable vehicle
- carpentry / framing experience
- leadership / management experience
- maintain a schedule and meet deadlines
- lift over 100lbs
- operate day to day functions and plan ahead for the next day.
- understand and follow spec and code requirements.
- Strong work ethic
- Follow safety guidelines
