Responsibilities Handle matters through all phases of litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents Conduct discovery and legal research Take and defend depositions Attend mediations and trials Negotiate settlements Work directly with managing partners Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service Qualifications Active California Bar membership 5+ years of litigation experience Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants preferred Strong civil litigation foundation Business and real estate litigation experience preferred; attorneys with employment defense, complex litigation, or general civil litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $180,000–$250,000 DOE Annual bonuses up to $30,000 Quarterly bonuses up to $12,500 10% origination commission on collected referred work Hybrid work schedule Partnership track Minimum annual billable expectation of 1,500 hours 75% employer-paid HMO medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Flexible PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave Paid CLEs, bar dues, and travel reimbursement Salary Range: $180,000–$250,000 Reference: 148930 #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Recruiting
