About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining establishments.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for long periods without compromising service quality.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy items safely as part of daily duties.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service or mixology.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment - 2 years experience
