Assist with equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and identification of repair or replacement needs to support reliable production operations.
Audio Production and Podcast Support: Assist with the recording, production, and delivery of Port Authority-sanctioned podcasts and other audio programming as needed. Ensure professional sound quality, effective editing, and consistent production standards across audio deliverables.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Production Support: Collaborate with PA Studio, Media Relations, Marketing, Special Events, executive offices, and other agency departments to coordinate production requirements, support presenters, resolve technical issues, and communicate project status, deadlines, and operational needs to supervisors.
