Job Summary/Description: Digital advertising is the fastest-growing ad segment in Shreveport and we want you to dominate it. We're looking for a seasoned sales pro or digital agency executive ready to sell the full digital suite (OTT/CTV, display/video, SEM, paid social, SEO, and more) backed by best-in-class, brand-safe, globally capable ad tech and the market's largest, most dominant local audience platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Own the Fastest-Growing Advertising Segment in Shreveport
• Digital advertising is where the growth is and we're looking for a driven, consultative sales professional ready to lead the charge. This is your chance to sell best-in-class, brand-safe, globally capable ad tech, backed by the market's largest, most dominant local audience platforms.

The Opportunity:

• We're hiring a seasoned digital advertising seller who thrives in a primarily outbound environment and can consistently deliver against a $600k annual quota. This role is based in Shreveport, Louisiana, with the capability to target and sell globally.
• You will own the full sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solution design (with internal specialists), proposal, negotiation, and long-term account growth. No limits on your ambition. Just a full digital product suite, expert internal support, and a market ready for you to dominate.

What You'll Do:

• Build and execute a prospecting plan to generate net-new revenue and pipeline (outbound-first)
• Run high-quality discovery to understand business goals, funnel performance, competitive context, and success metrics
• Sell integrated digital advertising solutions, including:
• OTT / CTV, display/video, YouTube, paid social, retargeting, SEO / local search, paid search / SEM
• Website/landing page strategy, analytics/measurement, conversion optimization
• Audience strategy, creative approach, and performance reporting
• Develop multi-product proposals tied to real business outcomes leads, sales, ROAS, CAC/LTV, foot traffic, brand lift, and more
• Partner with internal teams (digital strategists, ad ops, creative, analytics) to scope, launch, optimize, and retain accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage, and forecast calls
• Expand accounts through performance reviews, upsells, cross-sells, and renewals

What Success Looks Like:

• In the First 3060 Days: Master Gray Digital Media's offerings, pricing/packaging, and process. Establish weekly outbound habits and a target account list. Build a qualified pipeline plan aligned to quota pacing.
• By 90 Days: Consistent meeting creation from outbound efforts + referrals. Active opportunities with clear next steps, stakeholders, and timelines. Strong internal collaboration and clean CRM execution. Closing business, building toward the annual $600k goal.
• Within 612 Months: Sustained performance against a $600k annual quota. High client retention and measurable campaign outcomes. Predictable pipeline generation and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Who We're Looking For:

A consultative, quota-carrying seller with a track record of new business development digital advertising or agency sales background strongly preferred; other outbound sales backgrounds (B2B, SaaS, tech, or solutions sales) also welcome

Comfortable in an outbound-first environment, with the discipline to prospect relentlessly and the polish to close

Experience selling or managing SEM, paid social, programmatic/OTT/CTV, display/video, or SEO solutions

A strong communicator who can translate marketing performance data into a compelling business case

Highly organized, CRM-disciplined, and forecast-accurate
